4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, please report it immediately. You can submit reports by:

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. You may report violations anonymously, though providing contact information helps us follow up if needed.

5. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in enforcement actions, which we apply at our sole discretion based on the severity and nature of the violation:

• Warning: A formal notice describing the violation and required corrective action
• Temporary Suspension: Restricted access to the service for a defined period
• Permanent Termination: Complete removal of your account and access to the service
