Overview
Consensus AI is a digital service that provides access to AI-powered consensus building tools. Due to the nature of digital services where value is delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds.
No Refund Policy
- Once credits are purchased and used, they are non-refundable.
- Unused subscription time is not refundable upon cancellation.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for the remaining period of your current billing cycle.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- Extended service outage: If our service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a billing error.
- Unauthorized charges: If charges were made without your authorization, please contact us immediately.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us:

- Include your account email address
- Include the transaction ID or receipt number
- Describe the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will continue to have access to all features until that date.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
